My mistake, it looks like they do remove the repository from sources.list.d but they don't remove their key from your trusted list, so you still need to run 'sudo apt-key del linux-packages-keymaster@google.com'

That number IS published here... But as I've mentioned before, you shouldn't trust your callerID.
https://www.americanexpress.com/occ/OCCSemiSecureFAQ.jsp

"What should I do if I receive an Irregular Account Activity notification?
Contact the American Express Account Security Group at the toll-free number advised on your Fraud Alert message or at 1-800-824-9289 to verify charge activity on your account. If you are calling from outside of the United States, please call collect 336-393-1111 and ask to be transferred to the Account Security Group."

Scam! Be wary....I have received the calls from the phone number over the last 3 days though I don't use an AMEX. I called the number back and they ask for my card number, I skipped that and spoke with "rep" and she asked for my social. I then hung up and went to AMEX's website where that number is NOT published. Called the published number, provided them with my info and they informed me an old corporate card was still open but had no activity for well over a year.

It is easy. However, it's not good to have PHP Filter module enabled on any production site, for security reasons (http://drupal.org/node/1203886). Even if it's only for admin users, custom block code done in DB is harder to maintain and deploy, so it's advisable to create a simple, short module implementing the Block API to create this custom block (see http://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/developer--hooks--core.php/function/hook_block/6)
